Overview

This site is operated by Noevi Atelier SRL. In this document, "we" and "Nox Tabletop Tavern" refer to our company. By accessing the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

The site is hosted by Shopify, which provides our online commerce platform.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least the legal age of majority in your country.
It is forbidden to use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
We may refuse access or orders to anyone, where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

2. Products and Orders

We reserve the right to change prices and product descriptions without notice.
Products may be available in limited quantities.
We may cancel suspicious orders (e.g. resellers, or multiple orders on the same card/address).
For returns, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

3. Payments and Security

Online payments are processed through Stripe, our authorized payment partner.
We do not store and do not have access to full card details.
Card data is encrypted and transmitted securely.

4. Customer Accounts

You can create an account using your email address or by logging in via Google/Facebook.
If you log in via Google or Facebook, we only receive your name, email address, and, optionally, your profile photo.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies for functionality, analytics, and personalization. You can manage your preferences at any time through the cookie preferences banner on this site, or through your browser settings.

6. Liability

Services and products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee they are error-free or that they will fully match every expectation. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. lost profits) arising from use of the site.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the changes.
