Shipping policy
For international orders, shipping costs are under 8 Euro but vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid at the time of delivery/collection.
International orders of a minimum of 65 Euro, get free shipping.
If you do not receive your package within a maximum of 14 business days or within the communicated timeframe, please contact us immediately. Noevi Atelier SRL is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
Upon delivery, please inspect the external integrity of the package before signing for receipt. If any damage is found, please request the courier to provide a formal report (process verbal) in your presence and document the irregularities! Without this document, any subsequent claims cannot be taken into consideration, and full responsibility will rest with the customer; www.noxtabletoptavern.com declines any liability in such cases.

Costul transportului este de 14.99 de lei in Romania. Pentru comenzi ce depasesc suma de 255 lei, livrarea este gratuita.
Daca nu primiti coletul in maxim 14 zile lucratoare ori in intervalul orar comunicat, va rugam sa ne contactati imediat.
Noevi Atelier SRL nu isi asuma intarzierile care pot aparea din vina firmei de coletarie.
In momentul receptiei, va rugam sa verificati integritatea exterioara a coletului si apoi sa semnati de primire. Daca se constata deteriorari, va rugam sa ii solicitati curierului sa intocmeasca un proces verbal de fata cu dumneavoastra si sa consemneze neregulile!
In lipsa acestui document, orice constatare ulterioara nu va mai putea fi luata in considerare, iar intreaga responsabilitate va reveni clientului, www.noevi.ro isi declina orice reponsabilitate.
