1. Everything We Make is Print-on-Demand
All items at Nox Tabletop Tavern — whether from our catalogue or printed from a customer-provided STL file — are produced on demand, made specifically for each order. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, **the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply** to custom-made or made-to-order goods.
This means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds simply because you changed your mind once production has begun.
2. Customer-Provided STL Files
When you send us your own STL file for printing, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the file or have permission to have it printed.
- You have reviewed and approved the file for print — we are not responsible for design flaws, scaling errors, or structural issues inherent to the file itself.
- Minor variations in finish (layer lines, slight colour differences) are a normal part of FDM/resin printing and are not grounds for a refund.
We will always do our best to flag obvious issues before printing, but the responsibility for file quality lies with the customer.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we begin printing. Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible as materials and machine time have already been committed.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what was agreed, we will make it right — this applies to all orders, catalogue or custom STL.
To raise a claim:
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@noevi.ro
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. We will offer a free reprint, refund, or partial refund depending on the situation.
Return shipping for faulty items is covered by us. You are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guaranteeunder EU law (and equivalent rights under UK law).
5. What We Cannot Refund
- Items that have been used, painted, assembled, or modified after delivery.
- Damage caused by improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Print characteristics inherent to the technology (layer lines, minor surface texture, batch colour variance) that are disclosed in our listings.
- Design, scaling, or structural issues originating from a customer-provided STL file.
- Change-of-mind returns on any print-on-demand item.

Please do not send items back without written confirmation from us first. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within **5–10 business days** of approval.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. EU/EEA customers are protected under Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2019/771. UK customers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
